Flanagan Contracting uses "Dri-core" panelized sub-floor to keep your finished basement floor dry and warm at all times. In addition to coating the walls with "Thoro-crete" waterproofing sealer, all foundation walls are sheathed with "Dens-armour" moisture-proof sheet rock by US Gypsum Co.
